About Shipping

When will my order ship?
We will ship within 3 business days from when you place your order. You will get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by “Account/Order” on our website. The tracking will usually start showing progress with 48 hours of shipment. 

Logistic and deliver time
We only use seleceted logistics(DHL, USPS, Hermes, GLS etc.) . Depends on where you are located, the logistics and deliver time are different.  In our experience it usually takes about 10 – 12 days to most destinations. Some times it will take longer. If you do not receive your order in more than 15 days, please let us know by emailing

What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
In most cases, these issues will resolve themselves with time. It most likely has something to do with the routing / sorting on the part of the carrier, and we recommend giving it another few days to resolve or calling the carrier directly.
Or if the tracking shows that it was delivered but you didn’t actually receive anything, the first step would be to call your local post office or the carrier to see if they can tell you anything about the delivery/package. If they can’t, email into

About Returns/Exchanges

Generally, we do not accept returns on any of our records and other items, unless you receive a wrong item(not the item you ordered or wrong version).  While it rarely happens, but if we accidentally send a wrong item, please send an email to(Please include your photos of the item) :

We have professional boxes. All items will be packed with double bubble-wraps(inside and outside of the box). And we only choose selected logistics.  So the items should be very safe on the way. But if you unfortunately received a bended or damaged package, please take a photo of the package before you open it and send the photo to our email:

Please note that we can not accept returns on brand new items that have been opened/used in any situation.
